For the moment, the Park has only a limited capacity to receive tourists on specific dates. The best way to visit the Park is with a tour operator. It is possible to visit the Park as an independent tourist if you have your own transportation to and from the Park, but northern Congo is a remote part of the world and services are extremely limited.
